Iced coffee comes to life with a sparkling twist. It’s easy to make, and even easier to drink.
STEP 1 OF 6
Brew 1 shot of espresso.
We recommend using our Starbucks® Espresso Roast Whole Bean Coffee or Starbucks® Espresso Roast by Nespresso®.
STEP 2 OF 6
Fill a glass with ice.
STEP 3 OF 6
Add the syrup, mint, & coffee to a cocktail shaker.
Make sure the cocktail shaker is full of ice and then shake to your hearts content. If you don’t have a cocktail shaker, you can pour the syrup, mint, & coffee straight into a jug and stir it well.

Fill your glass ¾ of the way up with ice

Strain the cocktail shaker into your glass filled with ice.
This step makes for a great Instagram story.

Top it up with sparkling water and add a sprig of mint.
A bit of fizz to go with that icy freshness, with mint for the aesthetic.
