A delicate, ice-cold take on the classic cappuccino. It ticks every box for summer – smooth milk foam. Rich, bold coffee flavours. And refreshingly ice cold.
Brew yourself two shots of espresso.
Place ice cubes into a mixer or glass and pour the warm espresso over the ice.
Mix well for 5-6 seconds.
Add ice to your favourite glass. We prefer a shorter glass, but your favourite is always best.
Froth the milk into a cool foam.
Pour the shaken espresso over the ice.
Gently pour the frothed milk over the coffee.
