Vanilla Iced Coffee with Cake Batter Foam

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 6-8 oz Starbucks® Vanilla Iced Coffee Blend K-Cup® pod or Starbucks® Iced Coffee Blend ground coffee, brewed according to instructions
  • 1
    Tbsp homemade Vanilla Syrup (or storebought)
  • 1
    Tbsp Starbucks® Non-Dairy Vanilla Coffee Enhancer
  • Ice
  • 3
    Tbsp 2% milk
  • 0.75
    tsp cake batter flavored extract (or ½ tsp butter flavored extract and 1/2 tsp almond extract)*

Vanilla Iced Coffee with Cake Batter Foam
STEP 1

Fill a 16 oz tumbler (glass not recommended) with ice, about ¾ of the way.

STEP 2

Brew Starbucks® Vanilla Iced Coffee Blend K-Cup® pod (as directed) into the tumbler using the 6 oz or 8 oz setting on the brewer. Use the Strong or Iced button, if available. Or, if using Starbucks Black Iced Coffee Blend ground coffee, brew 3 Tbsp coffee grounds per 6 oz of water in your brewer of choice. Pour coffee into the tumbler. 

STEP 3

Using any cold frothing method, froth together Starbucks® Non-Dairy Vanilla Coffee Enhancer, milk and desired flavored extracts. Feel free to experiment with any combination of your favorite extracts, including vanilla, lemon or even peppermint.  

If using the Nespresso® Aeroccino, froth milk on the cold setting. You can also learn how to manually froth milk with our mason jar, handheld whisk or coffee press guides.

STEP 4

Add foam to the top of your drink. Add as much or as little as you desire.
