This grown-up ice cream float makes an impressive and indulgent after-dinner dessert.

    cup strong brewed Starbucks® Pike Place® Roast, chilled
  • 0.5
    cup Häagen-Dazs Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
  • 2
    Luxardo cherries

STEP 01

Divide coffee between 2 tall glasses. Add scoop of ice cream to each glass. Top with soda.

STEP 02

Garnish each serving with cherry.

TIPS
  1. Substitute pitted fresh cherries if desired.
  2. For a more indulgent drink, thread 4 Luxardo cherries evenly onto 2 skewers and garnish each drink with skewer.
  3. Spike each serving with a splash of chocolate liqueur and bourbon if desired.
