      ml espresso
  • 150
      ml tonic water
  •   6-8 ice cubes (fill glass full with ice)
  •   Orange

Add ice to an empty glass.

Brew 30ml espresso in a separate glass.

STEP 3OF 6

Pour tonic water over ice.

STEP 4OF 6

Pour espresso over tonic water.

STEP 5OF 6

Take a slice of orange, cut it in half and twist it to release the juice.

Place orange peel on top, as your final garnish.
