It’s a lightly roasted blonde coffee, but it’s full of flavour. Add some frothed milk and you’ve got yourself one delicious macchiato.

Brew 1 shot of espresso.

Froth your warmed milk or dairy alternative.
This recipe needs quite a bit of froth – there needs to be enough to fill 1 cup (250ml).

Pour the warm, frothy milk into your favourite mug.
Almost all the way to the top.

Slowly pour the coffee in the middle of your mug.
Gently pour it into the middle of your mug. Look at that – you got that expert-style coffee dot in the middle of your foam. Nice.
